Sergei Kondrashkin
Born in Leningrad in 1979.
Attended the Saint Petersburg State Roerich Art College, then graduated in 2006 from the Saint Petersburg State Academic Institute of Painting, Sculpture and Architecture named after Ilya Repin (sculpture faculty, studio of Professor Albert Charkin).
Sculptor and graphic artist. His graphic works are marked by particularly fine drawing and precise detail work. Taught sculpture and drawing at the Art Institute of the city of Chengdu, capital of China's Sichuan province, in 2008–09. Participant in many exhibitions in Russia and abroad, including over 20 personal ones. Member of the Saint Petersburg Artists’ Union since 2006.
His works can be found in private collections in Russia, Latvia, Belgium, Italy, Finland, the Netherlands and China. Monumental sculptural compositions by Kondrashin have been installed in Saint Petersburg, Novosibirsk and Chengdu.
